INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

As Discussed below are few tips for Deloitte Campus Placement Process.
The Process usually takes place in 3 rounds.

First round is Online, usually about 2 hours consisting of aptitude and English and some basic technical questions. For preparation R.S Agarwal and IndiaBix.com is more than enough.

Second, round is Case Study. A Case Study is different from GD. In a case study, you will be given a business scenario, along with a group of 5-6 other students, where you discuss the case and a mentor will be monitoring you, he even notes how the individual participate in the discussion. After the discussion, the team as a whole present the case to another person from the recruitment team. Tip: Individual should be confident, presentable, should show leadership qualities like encouraging other team member who are not speaking, as being an IT student should use technologies like Cloud Computing, Data Structures, etc to present the solution. Should hold some key points for yourself which you shouldn't discuss, because you never know who may speak your point during the presentation.

Third round is PI, which basically can turn around how you want to be. There can be some technical questions, apart from that tell about yourself-the interesting facts(Co-curricular Activities, Projects you worked on, Previous Internship, etc.). Show your interest in the company, at least ask some questions when the interviewer says, do you have any questions for me.

I suppose that should be all. I have attached some documents giving an overview of the roles that Deloitte offers. During our time it came with 3 profiles-Consulting, AERS and EA. Feel free to reach out to me in case of any other query.
